CPFM Training
Certified Professional Food Manager, also known as the “ServSafe Certificate”, “Yes this is the one your inspector is making you have”, “That stupid class that no one wants to go to” and “The food safety certificate”
Full day of training (about 9hrs with lots of breaks)
Test is offered at the end of the day, if you’re not ready to take the test you can go home a study, come back when you’re ready to test. Bring Photo Id and get a good night’s rest! $225.00 per person Includes booklet and retest if needed.

Recertification Training
If you have already had a certification like the one above and you just want a half day refresher. (about 4hrs with some breaks) Bring Photo Id and get a good night’s rest! $125.00 per person includes booklet if prepaid. ($10 at training) Please note it does not include a retest if you do not pass.

Just the test- Just want to come at the end of a training and take the test? You must have been certified before. Bring Photo Id and get a good night’s rest! $75.00 per person, $10 a booklet, and does not include a retest if you do not pass.

Extreme Inspections
Mock Inspections to see how you’re doing. We will pinpoint where your trouble spots are and help you figure out solutions to better your annual or semiannual health inspections. Call for prices.

Extreme Accountability
After your Key staff is involved with Extreme Inspections it’s time to show what they learn by doing inspections themselves so that they get better at spotting trouble at the earliest stages before it’s a problem. We will work with your staff to better train line staff. Call for prices.
