Michigan Food Law requires each operation have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager. ServSafe Certifications are available from RockCity FoodSafety at your convenience.
We provide two different certification options.
At Rock City, our mission is it to make everything about food safety training easier. We have the expertise, training courses and resources to keep you certified and compliant.
And by the way, if you’ve failed a test, you may attend our training for FREE before retesting.
